Grace Health is inspired to show the love and share the truth of Jesus Christ to Southeastern Kentucky – through access to high quality, primary health care for the whole person. From the start of the organization, Grace Health was built on the foundation of Jesus Christ and our four pillars to success were established: Access, People, Quality, and Community.
Grace Health is an organization that is focused on community and serving our communities in a faith-based manner. Grace Health has been blessed to be able to better serve our community with access to quality health care by being able to grow and expand their clinics and services.
Appointments
Grace Health operates on an appointment basis, with “Same Day” slots made available to accommodate patients who need to be seen the same day. To strengthen continuity of care, patients are scheduled with the same medical provider whenever possible. Call during normal business hours to schedule an appointment at a particular Health Center.
